It is a Very secure & Safe building w a Motion activated night vision Camera System that records continuously 24/7 custom alarm, Daily log in out building w ID access ONLY, Armed Mechanic lives on site 24/7 so Yes everything is still Safe even during an unexpected power outrage & there's almost anytime access w prior after hour notice & approval. We also will here very shortly provide Transport, Pickup, & Delivery service for Large Trailered items or just about anything we can load. inquire about this service if interested. We also offer a forklift & pallet jack for your unloading services. This is Very Easy off the street access to your storage. you can literally pull inside on the coldest day in January & unload in a ReadyNow facility. NO STAIRS!! The only thing we don't offer as far as convienance is refrigerated storage & we also don't have a Truck dock.

Facility Rules

Licensee is responsible for all garbage. All garbage, recycling, pallets, etc., must be taken directly to the appropriate disposal container or storage location, or if there is no such designated location (for example, for hazardous waste), disposed of off-site at Licensee’s expense. Trash may not be placed in any hallway or common space.

All persons entering the Property who are not employees of Licensee or Licensee themselves shall sign in at the front desk and execute the non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Absolutely no visitors may access the Property without signing in, and a representative of the host Licensee must accompany all visitors.

All shared equipment; including forklifts, carts, and pallet jacks shall be returned to their assigned parking or staging area. Electric equipment shall be plugged in to charge after use. All equipment is subject to fair-use policy. Licensor reserves the right to impose additional rules, regulations, and insurance requirements regarding the use of shared equipment.

It is prohibited to prop open, block closed, or obstruct any gate or doorway to the Property.

No trailers or trucks may be parked in the truck dock areas overnight without Licensor’s authorization. The docks are for temporary loading and unloading only.

Overnight sleeping or living in any part of the Property, including in a vehicle parked at the Property, is strictly prohibited. Licensee’s Lease may be terminated immediately if Licensor determines Licensee to have leased the Licensed Area primarily for residential use, and such determination will be made at the sole discretion of Licensor.

It is strictly prohibited to operate any equipment at the Property while under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicant. Any person found in violation of this policy may be permanently banned from the Property and all Licensor locations.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all Warehouse Exchange facilities. We will indicate to you an outdoor smoking area.

Warehouse Exchange does not allow alcohol consumption or drug use, including cannabis, in any of our warehouse facilities or on facility property.

Pets and domestic animals, except service animals, are not permitted at the Property.
